Before sign-in

Your starting project type and location are temporarily saved in this browser tab so you can continue after sign-in. Creating an account sends your email, organisation or community name and chosen password to our authentication service and creates a private member workspace immediately. Your password is managed by the authentication service and is not visible in the admin dashboard. No invitation or administrator approval is required. Email and organisation details are self-declared; registration does not verify your identity or authority to represent an organisation.

Member records

Saved project drafts, submitted details, queries and uploaded documents are stored in the Nigerian Carbon Market project database. You and authorised administrators can access your project records. Internal review notes are restricted to administrators.

Documents

Files are held in private storage. Authorised downloads use short-lived links. Share only documents you are entitled to provide and remove unnecessary identity, banking or sensitive community details. You can delete uploaded documents in your workspace.

Activity

We record account sessions, recent activity while the site is visible, sign-out requests and key project actions to operate the service. Administrators can see members’ declared roles and project sectors. Optional browsing analytics starts only when you allow it using Privacy choices. It records page categories, time, a browser-tab identifier and approximate network city/country, with map coordinates rounded to whole degrees. Signed-in visits may be linked to your membership; anonymous visits are not identified by name. We do not store raw IP addresses, GPS location, URL queries, form contents or document contents in these analytics records. You can decline or withdraw consent through Privacy choices without losing access. Withdrawal stops future optional collection. Administrators can view recent visits, segments and approximate locations.

Retention and requests

Records are retained while supporting your enquiry or project. Ask the team through your workspace to correct or delete records or close an account; we will review the request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Administrators handle requests individually. No automatic retention period is configured.

Infrastructure and downloads

Our project database and file storage are hosted in Ireland. Website and infrastructure providers also process technical information needed to operate the service. PDF reports are generated in your browser; downloaded copies remain under your control.

Service scope

Detailed feasibility and development services require a separately agreed scope and fee. External funding, programme registration, verification, credit issuance and sales follow the applicable organisations’ decisions and agreements.
